Occupants exceeding the reservation number will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Outdoor areas are not to be used after 9 PM, and only small speakers at low volume are allowed outside. A $500 fine applies for smoking on the property. Excess trash or unwashed dishes will incur fines, and the grease pan under the BBQ must be emptied after use to prevent fire hazards. All furniture must be returned to its original position before departure, and all doors and windows must be locked when leaving the home.
