A washer and dryer are available in the shared laundry shed. Shared carport parking is available with an EV charger. Feel free to charge your car during non-peak hours (11 pm-7 am), and you will be charged for kilowatt hours used. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets.
