Multiple decks offer outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, a hot tub, and stunning canyon views. Ask about our add-ons, including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. Parking includes a carport with an EV charger and free street parking with no restrictions. EV charging is available during non-peak hours only (11 pm-7 am) and will be charged based on kilowatt hours used. During peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), there is an additional $30 fee per use. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay, but please keep them off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. Gardeners clean the yard every other Friday at 9 a.m. and trash/recycling should be put out on the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pickup. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi supports remote work, and the smart TV offers all the popular streaming options, including Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. A dedicated workspace with a motorized desk is available in the office nook.
