You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport, shared laundry shed, and shared back decks overlooking the canyon. This comfortable space features a queen bed, a smart TV, and a heated bathroom floor. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals. Enjoy shared multiple decks with outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, a hot tub, and a stunning canyon view. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal instructions are provided to prevent clogs. Please do not disturb the upstairs guests at the main entrance, as it is a separate listing. EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm) will incur the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use.
