This spacious apartment offers comfortable bedrooms with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a pullout sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. Two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and gathering. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from cookware to coffee makers, and includes a breakfast nook. Enjoy outdoor bliss with shared multiple decks featuring outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, a hot tub, and a stunning canyon view. Shared carport with EV charger and free street parking with no restrictions for convenient parking. EV Charging (Level 2) is available during non-peak hours only (11 pm-7 am) and will be charged based on kilowatt hours used. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. Pets must be kept off beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Peak hours for EV charging (7 am to 11 pm) will incur the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use. Gardeners clean the yard every other Friday at 9 am. Trash and recycling should be put out on the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pickup. A 5% fee applies to all credit card processing for direct bookings, with refunds processed according to our refund policy minus any credit card processing fees.
