About the Listing Agent
Westin was born in Berkeley, California, and has lived in the East Bay nearly his entire life — aside from a brief stint in Marin County during middle school and the beginning of high school. Over the years, his connection to this region has only grown stronger, so it felt natural to help others move into, within, or out of the community he knows so well.
With a passion for finance and mathematics nurtured at Cal State East Bay, he originally set out to become a financial advisor. At the same time, his family’s deep roots in energy consulting and California’s Title 24 green building code inspired him to think bigger — about how we can build wealth while also building a more sustainable future.
While studying for the Series 7 exam, he decided to get my real estate license, thinking it might be another way to help people grow their financial futures. It turns out, it was the perfect fit. Today, he brings together his financial background and green energy knowledge to help clients make smart, energy-efficient real estate decisions that support both their long-term goals and the health of our communities and planet.
