Story:
We need great neighbors to take our great and fun place! We used to live here, but built a house in the backyard and now live there (with our 11 year old daughter, 2 cats, and small dog).
We spent a lot of time renovating and refreshing the house - so there are great colors, handmade finishes, environmentally-friendly updates, and fun touches throughout. We hope we can get someone in here who will appreciate all of this.
There's plenty of street parking and stuff to do nearby in Highland Park. Almost everything you want / need (bars, music, trains, banks, schools, shopping, etc etc etc) is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away.
Great for a couple (turn 2nd bedroom into office) or family (children + parents fit just fine here).
The deck outside is really nice and was upgraded in 2025.
