Wifi is strong so working in this backyard oasis is a bonus year round treat. Fire pit for the winter, shade for the summer with multiple areas for hanging out, grilling or dining. Outdoor living at it's best. House is located on a quiet street at the base of Mt Washington, with the hustle bustle of Highland Park a short ride or 10 minute walk away. This is not a home for someone who likes to 'party'. Guests are welcome. A party now and then ok. This is a place to settle in and call home for someone professional whose hours are daytime. Homeowners wakes around 6 and sleeps by 11. No need to keep to those hours but something to consider. Owner very quiet in mornings if you are a late sleeper.
