A large kitchen island provides ample space for cooking preparation, and both a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, sugar, and creamer, and a drip coffee maker are available. The dining room features a table with seating for six, which can be extended to accommodate eight. The main bedroom suite includes a king-sized bed with comfortable linens, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed with quality linens and access to the outdoor patio. All bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. Guests have private and exclusive access to the downstairs unit and can use the shared driveway with two exclusive tandem parking spots starting September 30, 2024. Prior to this date, guests can park in the unreserved free public parking spots in front of the home. This property allows two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 each. This property is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Legoland (2 miles), Oceanside Pier (6 miles), San Diego Safari Park (27 miles), San Diego Zoo (33 miles), Del Mar Fairgrounds (13 miles), Sea World (29 miles), and San Diego Airport (34 miles).
