(Bedroom ~10x10, Living Room ~10x10, Kitchen ~10x10, and a small bathroom). It has hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, and a covered from rain outdoor space that could support an outdoor table / dining area. This place is perfect for somebody who loves outdoor space, natural lighting, and does not want to share walls with neighbors. It has it's private hot-tub in the yard, a trellis with grapes growing, and lots of options outside. The downside is that it is very small. If you are looking for a large one-bedroom, this place is not for you. Most of the previous tenants have been couples. It is homey. Note that the video is old and the grapes are trimmed so it looks even roomier, and it has upgraded features now including a newer fridge, and granite counter-tops, etc. But, given those differences, the video does give you a flavor of the space.
