Our 3 bed/2 bath house was fully renovated recently, with all new appliances, fully furnished and only 1 mile away from ASU Tempe campus near Rural and Broadway. The room is fully furnished with a twin sized bed, night stand, desk, drawers, desk lamp, desk chair, closet and ceiling fan. Electricity, water, trash and Wi-Fi included. Shared bathroom fully remodeled. This is our vacation home. We stay here when we visit our daughter. The other tenant is an incoming ASU graduate student. You two have the whole house when we are not there. We are looking for someone neat, easy to get along with, no smoking, no vaping, no partying and no pets. One year lease.
