The Superior Housing Authority (SHA) has converted some of its SHA properties from the Public
Housing program to Project Based Rental Assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration
(RAD) program. These include 1–4-bedroom apartments. Households must be qualified and
income eligible. Please call or visit our website for income limits.
Catlin, LLC and Bayview, LLC will have undergone full renovations which include:
