An on site building manager receives all packages - full service. Unit is right by a quiet, high speed elevator. Included single parking spot is covered and is right next to the entrance - extremely convenient. Covered, off-street guest parking for ~1 week at a time is included. Unit will be mostly furnished (or not - let me know) - currently has nearly brand new high end bed sets. You can fly here and be relaxing on the patio within 5 minutes. No pets are allowed. 1 or 2 year lease.
