These apartments are very light and spacious (approximately 635 sq/ft.). Each unit has assigned off-street parking and a large storage area. There is on-site laundry and bicycle storage, and we are on a bus line. The location is terrific as we're pretty much in the middle of everything with close access to shopping, banks, restaurants, nightlife, and downtown/campus. . .yet on a quiet, residential street. The 2 buildings (41 units total) and grounds are kept very clean and well-maintained, we take pride in offering you a comfortable home!
