Heat included in rent, washer and dryer on site. No a/c. Tenant pays electricity. NO PETS (sorry, this is non-negotiable- it's just too small of a building). On-street parking. This is a VERY quiet building and the entire property is 100% smoke-free at ALL times. Our application process includes a complete reference check (employer, past landlords, criminal background) and a full credit check. Minimum credit score, adequate income, and rental history required. We do not rent to convicted felons. We are required to give notice to our current residents before all showings. To schedule a showing, reply with your email AND phone number so we can reach you to schedule a showing. We prefer to set up showings by phone so we can answer your questions first. Note that we are a small management company and there may be a delay in getting back to you.
