Now Renting for Fall/Spring 2026 - 2027 Semester - Available August 16, 2026 ** No Pets Allowed - No laundry facility on-site *** 1939 University Ave - UW West Campus Madison - Near Camp Randall and University Hospital Rent: $1,500 - Electricity, Gas, Heat, Water and Sewer included in rent This first floor, two (2) bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located across from UW Campus on University Ave. If you have a car, there is parking on the street in the neighborhood (you can qualify for a parking sticker from the City of Madison). Rent reflects that this is an older building with the basics but it does include all your utilities except your internet. There are no washer or dryers located in the building which means you need to do your laundry at a Laundromat or pay for a laundry service to do it for you. There are laundromats in near campus and in Vilas neighborhood. An application check, rental history and one month's security deposit required at lease signing. The apartment is on a first come basis and we will continue to show the apartment until we get an approved application and security deposit.
