This may be a “no frills” apartment, but it has been well-maintained. Both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are all nicely-sized. On clear days, enjoy the view of Mt. Rainier. There is a large shared grassy area between the buildings, and a coin-op laundry room on site. Off-street parking is not assigned, but there is room for everyone, 2 available spaces per unit. Landscape maintenance is provided. A monthly utility fee of $115 pays toward your Water/Sewer/Garbage. Tenant is responsible for the power bill and any cable/internet charges.
