Credit score must be a minimum of 620. (exceptions with a co-signer) Applicants credit report will demonstrate a history of and a current ability to meet financial obligations on a timely basis. 6. No bankruptcies in last 3 years 7. A background check will be conducted on all applicants. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. 8. No smoking. 9. No pets. 10.
