This is a short term rental with the lease expiring April 30th or May 31st and will not be extended due to owner's using the home during the spring/summer months. Tenant's will be expected to vacate at expiration of lease. Rent is $2875 per month and includes water, sewer (septic), electric, and internet. Tenant is responsible to set up service for trash and recycling. 3rd room is available as storage and is not to be used as a bedroom. Due to the size of the septic system, 3 occupants maximum please. Kitchen is ready for you with most utensils, plates, pots, and pans. Also included for your convenience is a coffee maker and a toaster. Sheets, blankets, towels, and other linens are not provided. Large covered deck overlooks the lake and the no bank sandy beach.
