Briza Apartments is a friendly 37 unit community with great outside amenities. Our patio courtyard is a great place for barbeques and gatherings, we have an off-leash dog area and community garden. We are conveniently located in East Shoreline right near Lake Washington and just north of the Seattle city limits. I-5 is a short 5 minute drive away. The popular Burke-Gilman Trail is located nearby and our location is on several bus lines with easy access to downtown Seattle, University of Washington, Bothell and Lynnwood.
