Seattle at a Glance
Downtown Neighborhood
Downtown Seattle is one of the most incredible downtown areas in the world. Not only is the area impressive in stature, it is truly an international destination with numerous attractions that just can’t be replicated anywhere else. From the Downtown area it would be almost impossible to walk around without noticing the plethora of attractions.
One of the most well-known attractions in the area that draws in interested tourists throughout the year is the Space Needle, located to the north of the Downtown area. This single attraction has defined the Seattle area for decades and has been a major part of all tourism marketing since it was created for the World’s Fair. This tall structure provides a glimpse into the future and one of the best photo opportunities in the area.
In the more immediate area, Downtown is known for being the business district of Seattle. Many of the largest corporations in America call Seattle home, and a lot of that business goes directly through the business district. No business district would be complete without the inclusion of a convention center. Located at 800 Convention Place, the Washington State Convention Center isn’t just functional, it is an excellent example of great Seattle architecture as well.
From the Convention Center, it is only about a one-block commute to Paramount Theatre, a well-known destination for a wide variety of performances in Seattle. This theatre is known for bringing in major national acts and shows that delight crowds of the Seattle area.
On the west side of the Downtown area is another Seattle exclusive, Pike’s Place Market. This large market is one of the most well known in the world and another part of Seattle’s marketing. This market features numerous stalls of fresh seafood, international cuisine, and unique imports. The market is best known for fishermen that throw orders of fish through the air to the visitors’ applause.

About Our Deals
Apartment Finder utilizes the industry's largest and most complete database of real-time rents and availabilities to help you find an amazing deal on your next rental.
Price Drop
Apartment communities change their rental rates often - sometimes multiple times a day. We track the changes and keep you up to date when a rental rate decreases.
Best Value
"Best value" units are located in buildings rated three stars or higher. We label apartment rentals that are priced significantly less than similar high-quality units nearby.
Rent Specials
Apartment communities regularly advertise deals for new residents. Whether it's a move-in special or a free tv, we locate the rentals that offer a little something extra when you sign your lease.
Note: Based on community-supplied data and independent market research. Subject to change without notice.
