Shared kitchen. Shared laundry. Storage rack and space for a bicycle in the garage. There is plenty of parking always available on the property or on the street. There are two other tenants who share the common living spaces upstairs (kitchen and living room). The Rainier Beach Lightrail station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the house, as well as several bus lines available within a block of the house. Our private, 1-acre forest has a creek that runs through it.
