Living car-free here is genuinely practical while a parking space and EV charger are available if needed. Enjoy my thoughtfully designed home with a distantly Seattle feel. The main floor is yours exclusively. Restored original hardwood floors run throughout. The living room has a new gas fireplace and opens to a dining area and fully renovated kitchen.
