It is not possible to accept a paper application or previous credit report. Once you receive an email with a link to the application, it is not complete until submitted with the accompanying application fee which is due at time of submission through the same portal. We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
