This home is on an arterial road in Beacon Hill and you may experience some traffic noise during busy commuting times. The home is mostly quiet during off-peak commuting hours. Smoking inside the home is prohibited and any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. No parties or events are allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. Please adhere to outdoor quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and the fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved by the host and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. If a maintenance issue arises, emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
