This is the process for viewing our properties: 1) Pre-screening about the unit by messenger or email 2) Schedule a in person tour with the property manager 3) Fill out an application 4) If application is accepted, then the applicant will provide a credit check 5) If credit check and references are acceptable than we will proceed to the lease 6) Finalizing by signing lease, providing security deposit, first months rent, and handing out keys We are looking for applicants with a credit score of 700 or above for all adult applicants.
