It’s a one bedroom one bath with a loft that has a work station. It has high speed internet included. Looking for a quiet person or couple to rent this unit. Pets done on case by case. But please understand it’s a tiny yard next to horses. So not a lot of space for big dogs or a lot of animals. We can offer horse boarding for up to 2 horses at $450 per horse per month full care. Please note. There is NO option to work off rent or horse boarding, we get that asked many times. To reserve this unit first month rent on signing contract and last months and deposit due JULY first. Deposit with no animals is $500 and pets is another $500. $150 non refundable cleaning fee. $50 application fee for credit and background check. If there is a single occupant and have no pets we will drop rent to $2100 a month.
