Plus, with the beach just blocks away, you can take a relaxing walk on the waterfront anytime you want. The unit is equipped with carport parking for 2 tandem spaces and additional outside storage, at no additional charge, providing you with plenty of room to store your belongings. You'll also appreciate the newly installed double pane windows that help with energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. Both the interior and exterior of the unit have been recently painted, so you can enjoy a fresh and modern living space. At our townhouse, we prioritize your comfort and convenience. That's why we pay for the cost of landscaping services for the property, so you can enjoy your surroundings without worrying about maintenance. Additionally, we welcome small dogs with no additional non-refundable deposit. But we do charge $50 per pet/per month for rent. We have specific requirements to ensure everyone's comfort, but as long as your small dog weighs 30 lbs or less, is spayed/neutered, housebroken, and up to date with vaccinations, they're more than welcome to join you. We don't allow smoking on the premises, and renters insurance is required. We also require renters to make 3x gross of rent and have good credit. Tenant is accountable for all utilities. First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit (equal to one month's rent) are needed to move in.
