These beautifully renovated apartments are in a well-maintained triplex within walking distance to historic downtown Centralia, shopping, dining, and Centralia College. Each unit has its own private entrance as well as equipped with exterior security cameras. Credit need not be stellar. Good rental history and adequate income are our biggest priority. Small animals on a case by case basis with a partially refundable deposit of $350 as well as $30/mo pet rent. Tennant pays $150 W/S/G. Any nicotine or marijuana use, including vaping prohibited in the building. Tennant required to sustain renters insurance with no less than 100k liability. We will conduct a background check and credit worthiness check. We will be looking at criminal, civil, rental, consumer, and employment histories. We may accept a recent, reusable tenant screening reports.
