Qualified applicants must have a strong, verifiable 2 years of rental history, renting from someone other than family and friends. Net household monthly income should equal $4,500/month. Monthly rent is $1,500. Security deposit is $1,500. First month's rent and security deposit, $3,000 are due upon lease signing. No smoking and no pets, FIRM. Credit screening results and income, plus credit history, will be considered. No collections, negative reports or past evictions and must disclose bankruptcies, which are considered on a case by case basis. Criminal screening done for applicants who are 18 years and older. Criminal history is considered on a case by case basis. Rental screening includes rental history, including payment, outstanding debt, complaints and past evictions.
