Down the hall is a laundry room, bathroom & patio (cat safe for hanging out with your cat) to overlook the nature in a fenced in yard. There are many visitors to the yard, you can see deer, possums, skunks, ground hogs, racoons and bird watch comfortably on the patio. In the fenced yard is a picnic table, fire pit and paths through the woods to explore.
