Great apartment in the heart of the city. The unit offers private access from the street shared with one other unit. There are no units above, so you don't have to worry about footsteps! In addition, there is only one commercial unit below, that closes at 5, so you also don't have to worry about people complaining about you making noise. The walls on each side of the unit are incredibly thick - two inches of plaster on each side and three rows of brick. Making noise from adjoining units limited. This is a unique unit and it's been well rented, being passed down for the last 4 years, so it's not commonly available. BRAND NEW HVAC system just installed. Won't last long.
