You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, plus access to the rest of the house, including the living room, modern kitchen, and a guest room for a friend to stay over. You would also have a secure space in the fenced backyard to park your bike. We would split utilities & WiFi, which are $100-$250/mo each, depending on the season.
