2025 HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS: Closed for Christmas - 12/23 – 1/1, we will reopen on 1/2 at 9am 3 Bedrooms, 1 bath, fenced rear yard with shed (not guaranteed by owner), kitchen with stove and refrigerator (all new flooring in kitchen), washer/dryer hookups, freshly painted interior throughout, gas heat and electric central a/c; new flooring in upstairs room; NO PETS, $1250.00 month $1250.00 deposit. MUST VIEW THE PROPERTY BY KEY DEPOSIT PRIOR TO APPLYING, SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. Tenant responsible for the following utilities: (this information is not guaranteed) Utilities tenant will be responsible for (Applicant responsible to check for deposits when starting accounts): Weekly Trash Pick-up - You choose company(ie: Republic Services or County Waste) Gas - Columbia Gas Electricity - Dominion Water/Sewer & Trash - Virginia American (FYI - Proof of Utilities, trash pick up & Renters Insurance will be required before you can be given keys-you must print copy) *KEY DEPOSIT = (APPOINTMENT REQUIRED) We require a $20 (cash only) deposit that we will hold and return to you when you return the keys. We will make a copy of your driver’s license or a photo ID and keep it on file until the property is rented. Anyone 18 or older going onto the property will have to come into our office and get a copy of their ID made, and sign an agreement before being permitted access to the property.
