About the room Condo Unit top floor, Master Bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom. New carpet. Washer and dryer in unit. Internet access. All utilities included. 420 friendly but not in the home. We like to keep it clean and smelling good. Not furnished. Condo unit shared with 2 others. Im an adult male I work 5 days a week during the day and when im off im usually gaming, watching sports, movies, shows or anime. Mostly gaming on a regular basis. I enjoy playing music and my other person does as well. She is a super friendly neurodivergent student who works different part time jobs while in school. She likes to study in the kitchen or living room and often falls asleep on the couch. We try to keep the house clean as possible. We don’t need to be best of friends if you keep to yourself thats cool. We just like to keep a no drama, respectful, and clean household. :)
