I am looking for a SINGLE tenant who is clean, pays rent on time. (Not looking for couples. Sorry.) The bedroom is located on the ground floor and the bathroom is a SHARED full bath with another tenant (male). The bedroom has its own key to be locked and can come unfurnished OR furnished with queen-sized bed, dresser and desk. There will be no smoking inside the house. Townhouse is is at Marshall Heights Ct, VA 22043, located right on Leesburg Pike (Route7) and close to I-66, I-495 and Dulles Access Road. Also conveniently within walking distance to Tysons Corner Mall, WFC Metro Station and Trader Joe's, Starbucks. I will be providing furniture for room and the common area, including TV, Sofa and Dinning table. - Large Open kitchen with granite countertop. - Front Porch, backyard and sun deck (with grill and outdoor furniture) are also available. - Laundry - washer and dryer in unit. - Central A/C + heating, and 1GB speed Internet from Verizon Fios. The rent will NOT cover utilities (water, electric, internet) and utilities will be around $100 per month based on utility statements. Rent will be $1100 + 2 months as security deposit at signing.
