The 893 sqft two-story apartment offers vinyl and carpeted floors, an open living room with a fireplace, a cozy eating area, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, electric oven, and dishwasher. Before heading up to the second level, you'll find a washer and dryer. The upper level includes two bedrooms with built-in desks, and two full baths. The rear bedroom features a private balcony. Rent includes: water/sewer, trash collection, and Ting internet. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 unrelated individuals. Residents can obtain a maximum of two parking passes per apartment. It's important to note that each apartment has only one designated parking spot. Unmarked spaces are available on a daily first-come basis.
