We are offering short-term rental options for $2600/month (utilities included, WIFI negotiable depending on length of stay), 1 month minimum stays. Cleaning fee$ 175. Deposit $1000 (refundable). May offer discount if renting for 3 or more months, or if paying upfront. Well behaved small/medium dogs *may* be approved on a case-by-case basis with pet deposit and owner commits to keep the yard clean, pick up after them, and dog has no history of chewing/clawing furniture or walls, etc. Talk to us :)
