Coming Late Summer 2026 Now accepting applications for the affordable housing lottery. Witter Place Apartments is a brand-new 94-unit apartment community currently under construction in Alexandria, Virginia, located at the corner of Duke Street and Telegraph Road overlooking the Witter soccer fields. The community will offer thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with convenient access to recreation, shopping, transportation, and employment centers. Apartment homes at Witter Place will be available through an affordable housing lottery for households earning between 40% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Applications for the lottery are now available. Please note: Witter Place is an active construction site and is not currently open for tours or walk-in visits. We kindly ask prospective residents not to visit the property at this time so construction teams can safely complete their work. Additional leasing details, timelines, and tour information will be shared closer to the community’s opening. The community is being designed with comfort and sustainability in mind and will feature modern amenities, quality finishes, and green building practices.
