Main level: front door, living room, dining room, full size kitchen, and access to the deck and backyard. Upstairs: owner's bedroom, guest bedroom, shared bathroom, and owner's home office. This house is pet-friendly. I have a 65-lbs German Shepherd and a 15-lbs Ragdoll cat. They have access to the top floor and main floor of the house. This is a residential neighborhood with a "cul-de-sac" atmosphere. Most car traffic belong to residents. All houses are single-family and the neighborhood is overall very quiet. As a woman I feel very comfortable walking my dog at night in the neighboring streets. The major U.S. 1 corridor (Richmond Highway) is just under 1 mile away. While there are a few bus lines driving by the neighborhood, I would strongly advise the use of a personal car to go around. Leases can be any length of time. Rent will be prorated as needed. First month and deposit are due once the lease is signed.
