This first-floor furnished bedroom includes a walk-in closet, king bed and TV. It's two rooms plus the walk-in closet. It's adjacent to a recently built bathroom with rain shower. The bathroom is only shared about one week per month when the owner is at the property, otherwise the tenant is the only one using the bathroom. The rent includes all bed and bathroom linens and cleaning service. There's a patio with table, grill and hot tub in the backyard. The tenant is welcome to use them all. Rent is $950/month. Utilities are capped at $75 (including Verizon Fios cable/high-speed internet). The rent includes a complete cleaning of bedroom and bathroom every other week. There is an application fee ($35) for the background check. You don't need perfect credit, just not terrible credit.
