King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. A security camera is located at the front entrance and is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds].
