No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and no outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM each day.
