The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. To avoid towing, please park in the white areas. Yellow spaces are reserved, and your vehicle may be towed if parked there. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
