**NEAR UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT / ST. MICHAEL'S COLLEGE / COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF VERMONT **Heat, hot water, snow removal, and rubbish collection included—off-street parking for one car. Vintage 1-bedroom units in this historic Queen Anne brick building in Winooski have so much character. Each has a separate, private entrance and porch. On the busline. Walking distance to Downtown. Close to I-89. No pets or smokers. (Note: one of the owners is a licensed real estate agent, and we do not use or accept ONLINE applications. Applications are given once you have a chance to view the apartment.) Phone calls and text messages are fine. Happy to provide a live, guided video tour of the apartment via FaceTime on a cell phone.
