Thank you for your interest in leasing at the University of Vermont's Catamount Run Apartments! Developed in partnership with the University of Vermont, Catamount Run Apartments provides housing options to UVM Affiliates. Leasing eligibility is determined by the University. Pricing listed is by bedroom. Individual lease liability is available for all two and three-bedroom units, with roommate matching offered. While the primary applicant must have an affiliation with UVM, additional occupants without an affiliation are permitted. Applicants who wish to lease an entire two or three-bedroom unit must apply with all intended occupants and will be liable for the full cost of all bedrooms in the unit. Applications are apartment specific and processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and this operates as a waiting list.
