About Wasatch Manor 62+ Senior Housing Community

Wasatch Manor is located downtown near the library, The Leonardo Museum and Washington Square. We are located near TRAX and bus routes. Our roof-top patios have a wonderful view of downtown and the Salt Lake Valley. Our lounge is newly remodeled and offers kitchen space, game room, TV room and computers. We have an on-site laundry room and salon. Each apartment features large windows, individual HVAC units, kitchen with a refrigerator and stove. Pets and service animals are welcome. We also offer an on-site dog park for our tenants. Wasatch Manor is a non-smoking facility; however, we do provide an outdoor smoking area 25 feet from the building. We also offer reserved parking and covered parking. We offer both subsidized and market rate units. Please inquire about income requirements.
