New tub surround in one bathroom. New flooring in most of the home. Fenced backyard. Off street parking. Tenants are responsible to put water, garbage, sewer, internet, power and gas in their names. Tenants are responsible for all yard maintenance including, but not limited to mowing, weeding, watering, small tree limb removal, trimming of bushes. There is a sprinkler system. If tenants want to move in after the 1st of the month, the monthly rent will be pro-rated at $51.67 per day. The deposit and 1st month's rent is due before or upon move in day.
