Short Term Lease (1-5 mos.): - Utilities will not be moved to tenant name and will be billed back in one single charge. - Deposit is $500 with $250 being non-refundable. Long Term Lease (6-12 mos.): - Tenant responsible for moving utilities to their name, and added cost of city utilities and internet applied to ledger each month. - Deposit is same as rent (OAC), fully refundable after cleaning/patch/paint. - Community fee of $75 billed to ledger, to cover water/sewer/trash. - Internet: 1gb speed through Veracity. Billed to ledger at $60/mos. Short Term Fee: Based on lease term; see below: —> 1-3 months: $300/month —> 4-6 months: $200/month —> 7+ months: No added fee Pet friendly with additional non-refundable pet deposit per pet, and monthly pet rent per pet.
