The main floor is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath with two private rooms and one shared room. The basement is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath with two private rooms and one shared room (starting August 2025). There will be three private rooms from April to August 2025. Each level has its own washer/dryer, and each bathroom has a double sink vanity. Both kitchens have a large, dedicated pantry area. Within the house there are lots of extra closets for storage. Tenants have access to a shared outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally) as well as a BBQ/courtyard area with neighboring houses.
